In addition to helping someone understand how an organization operates, an internship helps them develop their research skills and learning opportunities while improving their skill set for a particular profession or job function. Internships ought to be structured to benefit both the company offering the internship and the research intern.
Engaging undergraduate students in research internship programs and employability internships aims to achieve the following goals:

The undergraduate internships would be classified into two types:
i. Internship for enhancing the employability
ii. Internship for developing the research aptitude

The well-designed and participatory internship programs will help undergrads, researchers, and faculty develop their research abilities, aptitudes, and skills for

Internship for developing the research aptitude
Apart from gaining relevant research experience, the interns will learn the following:
1. Ideation and conceptualization of a research question/problem
2. Learning about new tools and handling of equipment
3. Experimentation and collection of data
4. Simulations and development of models
5. Preparation and presentation of reports
We are associated with very experienced domain experts working or retired from renowned institutions who can mentor the internship and Training. He/she will be providing professional/research guidance to the student during the internship. They shall be making the timely evaluation of a student and provide him completion certification/report for submission in HEI.
● The mentor will provide guidance to the students digitally or physically throughout the internship duration.
● The mentor will check and validate the performance of students fortnightly and after the completion of the internship,
● The mentor will ensure the learning of competencies with research orientation among the students during the internship duration.
Under the UGC guidelines Zenomix BioLab will assists students and Higher Education Institutions (HEI) in the manner described below.
- Our institute provide their efforts and research output to their parent HEI to examine/evaluate the student’s performance
- Students will be guided to make presentations for seminars or viva-voce for the evaluation process at the HEI.
- Our institute provides to HEIs/students.
- Activity logbook and evaluation report of students
- Format of presentation and the quality of the intern’s report
- Acquisition of skill sets by the students
- Originality and any innovative contribution
- Significance of research outcomes
- Attendance
- Certificate will be provided.
- Future workshop on advance technologies will be free of cost.
